The VHS version for 1994 was only available in Full Screen format, not a big shock to many at the time. Jurassic Park was re-released again on October 10, 2000 with a new video cover in anticipation for the first ever DVD release of Jurassic Park.
Features of the 1994/1997 VHS releases:
Laser Disc release

The Universal Studios release of Jurassic Park would be far supirior to any LaserDisc or VHS released in the past, not to mention it put other DVD releases to shame.
